With the release or CoD4 the ub0r server is now running a full time CoD4 server. The old CoD2 server is still running but has moved to a new port number.
After eleven months in development Firefox 2 is expected to be released tomorrow. As of this writing, Release Candidate 3 released last week will just be renamed to Firefox 2 and so be it. You can get Firefox 2 (on late Tuesday 24), here.
Since its first release, back in November 1.0, the web browsers landscape has changed a lot. Competition is back and security, performance and features are again topics when talking about web browsers. Internet Explorer 7, Safari 2 and Opera 9 are all playing along and the great winners are of course us, the users.
Without more preamble, let's give a look at Firefox 2.
Note: This review was copied from mozillalinks.org. I have only rewritten the conclusion, the rest was all Percy Cabello. Unsure if they have any `copyleft` but if they have then it's all theirs (incl images).

This UT2004 WW2 Eastern Front Mod is soon to be avaliable as a stand alone game via Steam. An above the normal realism game pitting vehicles and soldiers against each other. A combination of CoD and BF2 minus those annoying aircraft. Preloading has already commenced on Steam and will be avaliable on 15th March for around £15.

Microsoft has announced that the PC version of Halo 2 will only work on the new version of Windows called Vista. The decision could make it expensive for many to play the game if they have to buy the new version of Windows and extra hardware for their PC.

slick writes "Clanbase and DMW have once again been looking at the problem of cheating online in the gaming community, this time regarding Call of Duty 2, the latest game released by Infinity Ward and Activision.
Knowing that this game would be shipped to the public with no incorporated Anti-Cheat, DMW took the step of looking at the game as a possibility to be the next "big" game that it would protect from the cheating community. Contact was made between the Call of Duty 2 admins at Clanbase and the DMW Directors, and discussions commenced regarding DMW's intended support towards Clanbase and the CoD 2 community."

Ever since Call of Duty 2 has been released there have been desperate cries towards Evenbalance (Punkbuster) to support Call of Duty 2. It seems the (majority of the) community was satisfied with the work they did with Call of Duty (1). Now it's been quite a while since Call of Duty 2 has been released... And still no Anti-Cheat...
